Besides skiing during the winter months Vancouver has a lot of outdoor sports to offer. Like roller blading (skeelers) in the summer. There a plenty of opportunities around to practice the sport. A couple of rounds in Stanley Park is our favorite (10 kilometers of blade-able tracks). Ton bought himself a couple of real cool awesome pair of Fila F70 roller blades (with Abec 5 bearings and aluminum frame) and body protection gear. No rental blades for him anymore ... below you will find an overview of when and where we went roller blading. The are also pictures available of some of the events.
